Dhabi Group in Talks with Essar for African Operations
Dhabi Group, parent company of Warid and Wateen, and the Essar Group have agreed to enter into deal - through which Essar Group will acquire majority stakes in telecommunications portfolio of Dhabi Group’s African assets (in Uganda and Congo).
