Mobile phone users in Pakistan were recorded at 111,126,434 in October 2011, reaching a tele-density of 65.2 percent, reported Pakistan Telecommunication Authority in its latest stats.
Activity in cellular industry during 2011 remained high but we hardly saw any new innovation happening during this period. In fact mobile phone operators remained busy with their continued strategies from yester years; price war worsened the margins.
We saw many bloggers not participating in second blog awards due to controversial results of first blog awards. Given the situation has reached this level in just two annual awards, we aren’t sure if third blog awards will be held or not.
